Okay. Back on Track.
It's amazing to me, by the way, that the court system can pull you out of your life... but then the DA and the Public Defender can set their schedule anyway they want.
You: Out for 8 hours, four to five days a week.
Them: An hour or two in the AM, 90 minute lunch, a couple hours in the afternoon, and then done by 4.
Why do the wheels of justice run slowly? Because they're YOUR wheels.
I owe Stephen Worth a call, and you guys an update. That's my goal for today.
